Windwalker DVD

Windwalker (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0081760/) is an old favorite of mine. I just bought the DVD off of Amazon marketplace for about $6 and watched it last night.

Sadly, it's full-frame, and the quality is probably the worst I've seen on a DVD - although it's probably better than the horrendous VHS I've read about. It's not unwatchable, but it could be much better.

It's a shame, because this is a stunning movie. For the price, I'm not upset, but I would like to see a better release - in OAR and cleaned up. What are the odds? I think this DVD was released just a year ago. Is it too old/too marginal to get a better release?

I think the odds of getting a better DVD of this movie would be about the same chance that John Kerry would marry for love.
