Because I like the songs above but would rather pay $10 for one CD than $30 for 3.

Well maybe I am in the minority but I think My Own Prison was the only album that was any good.

The other tracks are crap.

Before clicking into the thread, I felt bad for wanting to thread crap in here. But I see I was about the only one who wanted to resist!

I like about half the songs on there. Probably not worth it to me to buy though, even though i don't have any of their other albums. Hopefully we'll see a mod lay down the law here

Hey there is nothing in the title about someone liking the 'band'. This is not a thread crap, I can state my opinion on wether or not I believe this to be worthy idea.
The thread starter simply said the album was coming out. We have the choice to say wether or not we agree with the album.

At work, we have some Halloween decorations around a table and there are some cheesy cardboard tombstones. On one of the tombstones, I put Creed (they're dead, see) and implied that they had no fans. The manager made us turn it around cuz we "sell Creed products". I'm convinced that nobody buys Creed CDs at my store. I simply have no proof.

On topic, I'll probably pick up this CD. I've been extremely depressed for a long time and I think the music of Creed is a positive and uplifting listening experience.

Actually, I'm just opting for suicide. Thanks a bunch, Scott!

Their music is not bad, I just take it as good backround rock.

after seeing that idiot Scott Stapp ruin God Bless America at the world series, I believe he has even less talent than I previously thought. I'll be the first to admit, when My Own Prison came out in 98 or 99 it was interesting. Hell I bought it, but from their second album on I immediately realized I hated them. That and Scott Stapp is an egomaniac.
For those who are excited, cool, atleast you can get all the Creed songs you want by only giving Scott Stapp 1/3 of the money as you would've had to previously

Rocks not dead, Stapp has just tried to poison it. Thankfully the venom is being sucked out by actual good bands. There should be some kind of fundraiser to give Stapp enough money to just dissapear and never be seen from again.

Its cool if your for Jesus and want to walk in his ways, its another thing to think you are Jesus.
Im surprised Stapp hasnt put himself on one of his albums with him nailed from a tree.
him and his 'christian rock' buddies can go offer each other as sacrifices for all I care.

And whats the deal with Alterbridge? hehe
I heard that guitar dude, Tremonti ,if im spelling it correctly, is taking guitar lessons. hahaha Im not kidding either, I actually heard that from a friend who liked Creed. HA HA HA great stuff, I wonder if they were looking for another Stapp like character, or if this dude is any different. hmm oh wait, Im sure it will still suck.

BTW if you can still find it, Dave Grohl from Foo Fighters did a 'version' of Arms Wide Open, if you can hunt it down to hear it, and hate Creed you should, its hilarious.

I believe he originally did it on the Late Show with Craig Kilborn.

Got this at best Buy for $9.99 (before McD Monopoly coupons)

The booklet has all the lyrics but no other liner notes.

Hopefully he won't get so drunk that he forgets which end of the pistol goes in his mouth.

I hate that guy.

I picked this up at Best Buy and while listening to it on the way home, I noticed that it has the edited radio version of "What's This Life For?" There were no markings saying that it was an edited version (for which there should be no reason considering My Own Prison had no advisory). Has anyone who picked this up found this to be true of their copy as well?

Maybe artists should just start releasing a greatest hits album as their first release rather than toss a cd or two out there beforehand? Eliminate the middle man. Want an awesome greatest hits cd? Go buy the new Mellencamp release, not this travesty.
