What is SAM ROCKWELL be remembered for?

What has been his greatest cinematic achievement? If he died TOMORROW, and people 50 years in the future looked back on his career, what will be the film he is best remembered for?

You failed to list one of his first and best movies - Lawn Dogs.

That is the one I would have voted for.

he was in TMNT? Obviously it won't be that one. I'll go with Green Mile, although you can't beat Guy.

TMNT by far. His epic faceoff with a golf club-wielding Elias Koteas will be long remembered.

I thought he was fantastic in both Confessions of a Dangerous Mind and Matchstick Men, but his true greatness was on display in Galaxy Quest.

I would remember him first and foremost as the ensign from Galaxy Quest, since it's the first movie I saw him in that I knew his name afterwards (i.e. I saw TMNT in the theaters, but didn't even know he was in it until I saw this thread).

Galaxy Quest was a great movie (yes, I'm being serious!).

Not dead. Not dead. Hypothetical. For the sake of argument. Killing time at work. You know.

He's not dead. This is obviously how the Richard Gere gerbil thing started. Anyway, I voted for Charlie's Angels. Why? Well even though he was the star of Confessions of a Dangerous Mind, that movie just wasn't very good. I guess I should of probably voted for The Green Mile, that role was pretty memorable.

That's it! I'm re-writing my initial post. If I write he's dead tomorrow, I guess the Feds will be knocking on my door tonight, but its a chance I'll have to take!

I have to say I'm looking forward to his role in the upcoming The Hitchhiker's Guide To The Galaxy. This role may be the creme de la creme.

Gosh, I was all set to rent Confessions of a Dangerous Mind, but now I'm reserved. Which would be the better rental? Confessions or Matchstick Men? I haven't seen either.

I was just thinking of him the other day. Him and Wallace Shawn. I wonder who #3 will be?
