Not a fan of any of the teams but I won't actively watch the Series unless the Sox are in it. I don't need to see Yanks vs ______ again.

If the Red Sox lose I'll probably root for the NL team against the Yankees, but my interest will have faded a lot. I much prefer rooting for the Red Sox than against the Yankees, but it's always sweet when I can do both simultaneously.

Here in Boston, at the hospital I'm working at, people all obviously WANT the Sox to win...yet are so afraid (and understandably so) of being disappointed once again. :(
I think there will be quite a bit of discontent if the Sox lose tonight.

I'm bitter at the Cards/Hou for folding 3 games during the last week of the season. Cards didn't have the best po history against the Giants, and I'm not too surprised. I'd like to see Boston win the WS. If the Yanks get in, I'd rather have the Cards get in and take the world series.
