Anyone have any problems with the Dragon's Lair box set?

I purchased the Dragon's Lair DVD game box set a while back while I still had my RCA DVD player, and they worked fine. Ever since I bought my high-end Denon player, they won't perform correctly. I emailed the software company, and they suggested it might be a firmware problem that would need to be handled by Denon. I emailed Denon a couple times, but never got a response.

Just wondered if anyone else had this kind of problem with the Dragon's Lair set.

Any suggestions?

Looks like my question kind of got lost in the maze of new threads/replies...

Anyone help or advise me on this?

Since this isn't really going in the direction I originally intended, let me ask a sub-question:

If my player does need a "firmware upgrade", as the game's software rep suggested, what's involved in that? I'm only asking for opinions here because, as I said before, I couldn't get Denon to respond to emails about this.

Thanks.
