Looking at Giles' position with my new DVR, it appears that he probably would have made the play anyway. Of course the stros' might have had a runner on 3rd, but the braves also might have had a double play.

Last year went 7 games. The last time the Red Sox played the Yankees before that was in 99 when the Yankees were much better than the Red Sox. This series is going to be close again.

Its hard for a lot of people from Florida to root for the Marlins and Devil Rays because 1) So many people arent originally from here so there allegiances lie somewhere else, and 2) There wasnt baseball here for so long, that when alot of us were younger we rooted for other teams. I started rooting for the Sox back in the early 80's when I was a little kid (because that was the name of my first T-ball team, and thats who my Grandpa rooted for). So by the time the Marlins came and then the Rays, it was too late (same for basketball as well). But anyways, it comes down to it again...Going to go buy a case of Pepto, and prepare myself for another week of hell.
