Anyone else picking up the second season of Land of the Lost?
I was going to order this today from DDD but it looks like they are not going to carry it for some reason???
Anyone else picking this up? How does it look? Guess I am going to have to go to Best Buy now.

Wait, it is out alreay?! If that is the case, I'll be buying it. I loved that show when I was a kid and really enjoyed reliving some youth watching the season 1 set.

My Best Buy didn't have any today at lunch. Told me the shipment didn't come in.
Target had 2 copies. $29.99 was more than I expected to pay, but I got it anyway.

It was said that they released the 2nd season pretty quick since the 1st season sold better than they expected. I still wonder if they will release the 3rd season or not.

I hope this won't be considered a threadcrap, but I probably won't be picking this one up. If you watched any of the extras on the first set, or if you attended this year's Convergence convention, you'd know that the first season of LotL was overseen by script editor David Gerrold. That isn't true for the remaining seasons, and I'm concerned that there will be a noticeable drop in quality from the first to the second season.
I know, I know. It's Land of the Lost. Drop in quality? The show was a big laugh in the first place. But it was coherent, and the scripts, for the most part, made sense.
I'm thinking I'm probably satisfied to just keep my season one set all by its lonesome on the shelf.

Not a threadcrap at all. I can see the concern. I am mainly buying it for not only nostalgia but also to support these so hopefully more Krofft stuff will make it to dvd.
When buying Krofft stuff, quality of the show is the last thing that comes to my mind (sadly I guess).

For those who are interested...it looks like DDD finally added the second season on their website for a great price of $23.91!
