I was hoping there would be a thread on this. This is one of my favorite shows on TV. At the end of last year's finale I couldn't wait until this episode.

Amazing how long you can grow hair in a week.

Overall, a good episode to get us back into the swing of things.

So Meg continues on her activist ways, with Rox as her sidekick.

JJ and Beth are still in limbo.

Jack's more than determined to beat his opponent in the city council election after his opponent uses Meg's recent sit-in at Penn to attach Jack.

Will and the power of prayer: funny stuff.

I really like this show and usually the music enhances the experience. Tonight was the exception. The guy who butchered "Tracks of my Tears" was truly awful. His performance did not enhance the impact of those scenes, exactly the opposite. It was so bad, so jarring, so unlike any version of that song from that era that I cringed through the whole thing. I nearly turned it off.
I hope I don't see another performance like that. I want to hear songs from that era performed as they were at that time.

I'm so pissed off right now. Stupid hurricane Jeanne decided to knock out my electricity 30 minutes before the show started. So I went to plan B: my 1.5" portable tv. But of course the freaking local news was on covering the hurricane. I mean only 15 stations were covering it so of course they had to as well.

Is there a site with a detailed update?

I watched the first two seasons from 830-900 due to work and loved the show. IMO...this showed me how good the show was when I was not even catching the entire episode and loved it anyway. About halfway through my Season 1 dvd set and I am finally watching Season 1 eps from beginning to end. Buy this dvd set!!!

I began taping last week so as not to miss the first half of each episode in the future.
