Just looked at an item that was shipped today, and noticed that my $5.00 coupon had been removed. Any ideas?

They charged you the correct amount, reflecting the coupon, therefore despite your thread title, it <i>was</i> applied - so what is the problem? Why should it be any concern if it <i>also</i> shows what the order total was before your coupon was applied? As long as they didn't charge you more than you expected to pay.....

(P.S. - since this thread is about a STORE proceedure, not a DVD bargain, it should be in the STORE forum.)
