Forbidden Zone Dvds Faulty!!!

I got one of the bad ones in today. NONE of the special features will play. They want me to mail the dvd back to them..Why should i have to pay to mail it back? What if they say they dont get it? I wish they were handling this like the Opera dvd issue was dealt with..I ordered the dvd online but might be easier just to take it back to Worst Buy.

FORBIDDEN ZONE DVD NEWS ALERT

It has come to our attention that a small batch (estimated 500-1,000) FORBIDDEN ZONE DVDs are defective due to a replication fault. On certain discs, the special features will not play. This is not an authoring or disc deterioration problem, so if your disc currently works on your player(s) you have no reason to be concerned. For those with defective discs kindly mail them to:

Forbidden Zone Replacement
Fantoma Films
916 Kearny St.
San Francisco, Ca. 94133

PLEASE SEND ONLY THE FORBIDDEN ZONE DISC AND NOT ITS PLASTIC CASE.

I guess not shitting on them before you mail them back is considered kindly.

Last I heard they corrected the problem, but the original batch of bad discs did get out. Sucks for those folk. Probably easier going to best buy or the likes to return.
