My Keen Eddie DVD just arrived from Amazon but has no disc 1 (2 disc 2's) and a badly scratched 3rd disc. I went to my account info. to do the usual automated return/exchange procedure but all of my orders have disappeared from my Amazon.com account information. The following message is displayed:
"We're sorry. We're temporarily unable to display all your orders below. Rest assured, we're working on the problem and expect to resolve it shortly. If you don't see the order you're looking for, please wait a few minutes, then visit this page again."
It's been a while and still my order history is completely blank. Anyone else having this problem? Kind of nerve wracking given the number of outstanding orders I currently have with GC's etc. At least I keep good records and save all my order confirmation emails.
First multiple orders with no STL discount applied, now this. -screwy-

Well I just tried logging into my H's account and it has the same problem/error message. That is strangely reassuring (i.e. it's not a problem specific to my account). Hopefully they fix it soon, wonder why they're having all these site problems. It seems like this happens every year or so (especially the other issue with the STL / promotional discounts not being applied properly).

I was checking my account about an hour ago (to verify that a refund was put through for a missing STL discount) and had no problem. All the info was there, my open orders were accessible, etc.

I checked around an hour ago too and everything was fine. however now it is messed up. I was planning on making a Marketplace purchase but I like to read the reviews of sellers I've never used before and that part of the site, along with order status/history is unaccessable.

I just checked my account and the order history is gone. But I remember this happened before and eventually everyones orders were restored.
LASERMOVIES - thanks for the link to the old thread, guess I didn't go far enough back when I searched before posting. Figures that this is a repeat problem. You have to wonder whether their site maintenance or something else that they do on a semi-regular basis causes all these problems (promotional discounts disappearing etc.)
My order info. is back now and I was able to process my return. I gave up yesterday (after checking repeatedly), so no idea when they resolved the problem.

It appears the problem is back again today at 12 PM Pacific time. Just went to check on my pending Hitchcock box order and cannot access my order history.

Amazon must be having some serious glitches on and off in their system lately - no order info, GC screw-up in the order and dropping of STL discount. I hope they do fix up the mess before starting to ship the Star Wars set out next weekend.

My thoughts exactly.

At least I won't have to hassle with Amazon over Star Wars. I was able to cancel my order and switch to DDD during the unofficial 20% sale several months ago. But my Hitchcock box is finally shipping soon, and it looks like the STL discount is missing.

This customer service form can be used for contacting Amazon, including inquiries about missing order information and/or missing STL discounts:
Amazon General Customer Service Form (http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/handle-generic-form/104-1305365-6287120?action=next-page&target=stores/help/self-service-email-form-dispatch.html&display=basic&browse=560710&method=GET)
I was going to call, but there were so many orders affected, I used the form. I received a response and a refund of all the missing STL overcharges to my creditcard within 24 hours. I actually sent a separate email for each order, but that's probably not necessary. Looks like I'll have to do it again when my Hitchcock box set ships. Grrr.
