Looks like a board game or party game.

The release info box says Playstation 2, and it also says it's a board game.

The game is called Itadaki Street Special.

heh, cool, I knew they'd do a crossover eventually but I didn't expect it like this.

Hope the game is fun like Mario Party, we have a blast playing those.

Lets see, every attempt to rip-off Mario Party thus far has failed, BADLY: Sonic Shuffle, Crash Bash, Pac-Man Fever.. I'm sure there are others. Hopefully Square-Enix can beat the curse.

SMB is definitely an awesome game, but I don't see what that has to do with Mario Party.

In Honor of PixyJunket :

The Official Rules
:

Roll the Dice. Move forward the appropriate number of squares on the board. Press the X button on your controller and watch a 35-minute pre-rendered cutscene. Next player's turn.
