You couldn't pay me to see F 9/11, I would not contribute a cent to him. I don't hate him becuase I am a Republican and I like Bush, I hate him because this movie has jaded American and the rest of its young voters to believe everything in this documentary. By the way, I do hope he gets shut down tonight when Bush speaks at the RNC. Who's with me??

Most new members introduce themselves to the forum by asking why Criterions are so expensive or what is the difference between anamorphic & non-anamorphic. Somehow, I knew this was exactly what this thread would be when I opened it.
And yes, you've discovered that Bowling for Columbine isn't about guns. That's something that the majority of the people complaining about the film couldn't grasp.

2nd the highlight of the film for me was seeing Brittney Spears talking about her support for the prez. Brittney Spears .. that says it all.

Oh yeah does Farenhight 911 have an anamaphoric transfer? Also I think it would translate better on DVD rather than on the big screen because of all the news footage.

Welcome to the forum baritup :D One of the things you'll find out once you hang around a little longer is that posts like this are generally frowned upon. Everyone is encouraged to have an opinion but stating it in a manner which seems poised to invoke a flame war is generally not accepted. Addtiionally since this is just about MM and his movies it might be something that would be more appropriate for the Movie Forum, or Other (if you are going to the political angles). In fact I'm sure if you search in either one of those forums you'll find existing threads about MM and his movies. In the meantime though I'm shutting this one down as it's not really in the appropriate forum or posted in an accepitable manner.
