Is the episode This Little tv went to Market edited?

It's running time is about 3 minutes shorter than the other episodes on the DVD set.

I've found at least 2 episodes that I know have been edited. Where is the quality control? Nearly every old TV show that has been released on DVD in recent months has had at least one edited episode per set. There is absolutely no excuse for this kind of nonsense.

Blood is Thicker than Junk (season 2) is edited and so is This little Tv went to Market (Season 3).
