i am a little poor now, and can really afford one of the three to get this next tuesday.

clerks, not my favorite Smith movie (JABSB takes that honor), but i still like hte movie.

dawn of the dead. i have the 1 disc divimax dvd, and i watch this alot, am really getting into the zombie/exploitation genere with recent purchases of i spit, thriller, and zombi2

alias season 3, i saw part of season 3 but had to stop half way through because of hte sopranos. (the last episode i saw was when it was revealed that

Vaughn's wife Lauren was apart of the covenent.

i was really liking season 3 even though most hate it.

(and yes, thats me over at dvdfile who did the same poll.

I'd sell something to get Clerks, but that's just me.

Dawn of the Dead seems like the right choice. Since you are getting into/liking the whole zombie movie thing.

Alias I'd say you can get later, then again out of the 3 I'd say it would be the one that would be the most expensive

Clerks X if it isn't your favorite Kevin Smith movie, then it won't hurt to wait on it. The MSRP seems ok.

Also those 20% coupons at Best Buy might help your decision.

What, no love for Angel Season 4?

Go with Alias: Season 3... you can always upgrade your Clerks & DotD discs when (if) the wallet gets a bit thicker.

Go with Alias.

I was actually looking forward to Rounders SE on the 7th as well.

personally, off that list the only one i like is Dawn Of The Dead but i see more value in the others. Dawn is just one movie, and though theyre different cuts, and you already have one of them, i would go with one of the other sets for more entertainment for your buck.

Yeah that week is a little pricey for me as well...and also torn on the Alias 3 set. I have sets 1 & 2 and wasnt as big a fan of the 3rd season, but still my fav show, but I dont know what the replay factor is. I am getting Clerks, Jersey Girl, and The Punisher, and Ill just live with my Divimax version of DotD.

No question... Dawn of the Dead: Ultimate.

Or maybe you should not eat for a week or so, and just buy them all :)

There's a new one in Cali, since he moved out there.

I ordered(clerks X) last night. It was no longer $11.99, but $15.99. Still a pretty hot deal if you ask me.

If you ordered on 9/1 for $11.99, it looks like it's going through. I got a confirmation today that my card was charged and it was for the $11.99 price.

d'oh. Why are they on the same page? Especially with the 'add to cart' button right next to the image of the new version?

I forgot the original was labeled a Collector's edition. Oh well, I'll just return it to the store. no biggie.

Actually when I looked on the CC page this morning it has the new cover for the $15.99 version, said SE (although the old one is probably also considered an SE), and listed no other available versions of the movie. Then I went back, did the exact same search and got the two different versions with correct coverart. Weird.

Get "The Punisher" or "Jersey Girl" instead. ;)

Seriously, save up for Battle of Algiers or Slacker Criterions.

Plus, THX-1138: The Animated Version is coming out next week. And isn't that also a must-have?
