So I have this Sony 46" WS HDTV, had it for about 2 months. I was watching Master and Commander tonight with my HTIB setup and all of a sudden the picture goes out, and now I have no picture and no sound. The red light on the front of the set flashes. When I turn the set on I just see this purplish type screen with a circular rainbow thing in the middle and after like 5 or 10 seconds it just turns of automatically. I called Sony and the rep is apparently reading off the screen saying that it may have some kind of internal error. So I have several questions:

What the hell happened to my TV?
What can I do to prevent this from happening again (if anything)?
Is this in any way related to my speaker set up?
Is this a common problem for Sony WS Projection TVs?

Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
