REQ: American Pie Ultimate Edition Unrated

Hi,

I am looking for a high-res cover scan (or even a custom) for REQ: American Pie Ultimate Edition Unrated

I just picked this up the other day and:

1.) The case is pretty messed up (discs are fine though)
2.) I hate that stupid case anyway

Basically, I just want to put the discs in a keepcase and print up a cover for it...
