Any news of a better transfer? The first got terrible reviews.
And they certainly should have stuck to the poster for the cover. One of the most recognizable of all time.

I'm not a fan of big head covers, but at least they made this look fairly classy, which is especially surprising considering some of the hideous covers Paramount has churned out in the past. Of course, Columbia/TriStar Home Video is still the worst, IMO, when it comes to unprofessional, '5 minute Photoshop-job'-looking covers.

DVD Talk Ultimate Edition
The transfer on the current dvd is good. It looks like a natural film print and normal. Some films are meant to look grainy,it is natural...and the print was obviouslly restored when compared to past home video releases.
