Paul Schrader on DVD - a review
How's he doing on DVD.
He provided commentary on:
Mishima
Blue Collar
Auto Focus
Last Temptation of Chris
What important works of his are we missing?

the light sleeper region 2 dvd is very good.
he has a full length commentary plus there's a bonus scene specific commentary with sarandon and dafoe.
hardcore comes out in a few weeks.
comfort of strangers is available region 1, but a sketchy non-widescreen release. Check out the region 2. It was released by mgm and is widescreen. No commentary.
the only ones left he directed that are not on dvd are:
light of day (1987)
patty hearst (1988)
touch (1997) -- probably his worst film
witch hunt (made for cable movie) (1994)
as for his writing gigs, these haven't been released:
the yakuza (1975)
old boyfriends (1979)
