A quick click-to-enlarge update this week, as the Red Dwarf V cover art is finalised. Featuring the SSS Esperanto from Back to Reality, this will line up handsomely with the four series already in your collection.

The Rimmer-Lister photo choices continue as before on the front, with the twosome this time in their Demons & Angels 'High' garb. And, as ever, the RD logo will be rendered in a fabulous and glossy silver foil. To learn more about the design concept, check our previous story.

when will this come out? I've loved the first four series.

Series V and VI will be out in Region 1 in Feb '05.

Series V i believe is scheduled for Nov in R2 and Series VI in Feb as well for R2.

Has there been a picture of Lister on the spine yet? The R1 releases for Series 1-4 have been: Rimmer, Holly, Cat, Kryten.

The R2 and R1 spines have different characters on them so we may get Lister in the next batch.

RDIII had Cat on the R1 spine while the R2 spine had Hilly. At least I believe it did, any one confirm that?

Series 1 - 4 R2 Spines (if interested are):-

Series One - Rimmer
Series Two - Holly (Norman Lovett)
Series Three - Holly (Hatty Hayridge)
Series Four - Kryten


IMO Series 1- 4 were good, Series 5 was best, series 6 was ok but not huge fan of S7 and S8

saw holoship being filmed so prob my fave ep!

Question if Limmer is spine pic for series 6 and lets say for arguments sake that they use kochanski (prob not spelt right!) for 8 whose pic would be on 7?

They could use a Skutter or Ace Rimmer still on the spines.

yes prob ace in s7 and then kochanski in s8

would love to have seeb dwayne dibbly though on one of the spines or strabug though!
