A friend asked me this and I haven't a clue:
"Okay, so there’s this old movie…and the only scene I remember is at the very end. I think it’s B&W, but it might be color. Anyway, there’s this rotten little girl and she comes upon an old, creepy lookin’ guy in a parking lot. She teases him a little but he doesn’t say anything so she starts doin’ a little song and dance. She starts singing the “jeepers creepers” song. She sings it for a few seconds and the creepy old guy gets up and starts chasing her. When he finally runs her down between two parked cars, he stomps her (off camera)."
