Sorry if this is vague, but here it goes:
It's about 3-5 years old, It takes place in an gritty part of a Asian city (Hong Kong, Singapore, Taipei?), I think it’s a gangster movie, anyhow it has guns in it. The main thing is the cinematography is really inventive. About 3-5 years ago Roger Ebert reviewed on his show, and it has a scene of someone jumping out of a windows, and the camera follows in a single shot (out the window, down the catwalk, etc), also a scene of the bullets coming out of the gun (matrix type stuff). Ebert went on about how technically fresh the camera work/special effects were. Thanks in advance.
