REQ: Kill Bill slipcase scan

Does anyone have a hi-res scan (preferably at 300dpi), of the front and spine, of the Kill Bill slipcover?

My friend missed out on it and he keeps bitchin' about it. So I decided to make him a custom cover for a dual keep case. Maybe this'll shut him up.

I'm also working on a custom DVD cover for Kill Bill 1 & 2 (not using the Best Buy slipcase). I'll post a preview here if I think it's good enough.
