If you're guessing copyright, I'd have to say "no." Part of the whole reason Universal gave Bright and Co. the greenlight for the series was all due to copyrights that were about to expire on a bunch of old B/W TV shows that they owned. The deal was they'd back the show if the producers could work in a certain percentage of clips from these shows per episode so that the studio could renew the copyrights on the old B/W material, so as this material should still also belong to Universal, I don't see a problem.
