I read David Walker's DVD review of Undercover Brother: The Animated Series at http://www.dvdtalk.com/reviews/read.php?ID=11931 and... arent all of these shorts on the current undercover brother movie dvd?

No, the UB movie DVD only has 3 or 4 of the webisodes while the animated DVD has all 12.
Actually there was an unofficial 13th episode, but it was created for an aborted awards show and never released. I should know, since I was the Director/Animator for the entire series. Heck, that's my art on the cover.
