How can I contact FOX about their DVDs?

I'm ticked off that they stuck some super hard mega glue on the paper insert on the back of my FUTURAMA Vol 2 DVD case...

Even after heating it and slowly, slowly, peeling it off, it ripped the back of my package.

I am going to ask them to replace it for me because I shouldn't have to pay for crap like this. =(

Maybe I'm just picky but c'mon here...

Anyone give me ideas please? I want to get them to replace this darn thing...

Fox and the other studios are not set up to do exchanges with consumers. The way to handle this is to return the title to the place of purchase as defective for a replacement.

I think you will have better luck working this out with the store and with Fox directly.

I think eau is correct. the departments hate to deal with these exchanges. Just take it to place you bought it. By the way, for something like this it will be even more of a hassel to them because it's not a problem with a missing disc or a defective disc.

Thanks guys. I'll see what happens. Thing is, if I try to exchange for another one, the glue thing will still be an issue.

I'm in the same boat kindof. My French Connection Set has duplicate disc ones for the original. It would be an easy exchange except that I bought the set from Best Buy nearly 2 years ago.

While you're at it, tell Fox to get rid of the shitty digipacks!

I had the same problem as the OP with X-Files Season 8. Every box set Ive bought from FOX had the tacky glue blob thing that easily came off, but this was actual glue! What were they thinking. I used Goo Gone (you can get it from Office Depot for $3.99) and cleaned off the back of the box (a little more work than usual, but looks good now). I need to try it on the promo sheet too as I dont usually throw these away, and I should probably check on X-Files Season 9, which I havent opened yet, for the same problem.
