There have already been a couple threads about it, but for some reason I hadn't seen this particular IGN article yet. So thanks for the link.

On a related note, here is the Weta Sideshow sculpture of The Mouth of Sauron. Considering how all the other Weta sculpts have looked identical to what's seen in the films, we can be pretty sure this is what he's gonna look like:

From that picture the Minas Tirith statue looks very small, almost too small.

Mouth of Sauron - I thought the book described him as having flames in his eye-sockets? All well, he still looks cool.

I love that shot of the darkness over Minas Tirth (with gandalf and pippin). Odd because it seemed to switch between light and dark thru the film... wonder where that scene fits in?
