Broadcast Satellite hardware in Japan

I am going to move to my new place in Akabane in a few days. What is the good hardware to get, both receiver and dish, for broadcast satellite [BS]? The main things I want are NHK and Fuji and Asahi's HD channels, normal air channels and some music channels. Also, what is a good carrier to get, like Skyperfect TV or something else? Thanks for any info. I would do more research myself, but the materials are all in Japanese, and my spoken Japanese is better than my reading. Plus, even if I were living in theUS, I'd want to hear what is the best bang-for-buck hardware.

I will be using this with my computer, as I have no TV. My all in wonder card has a coax in and S-video and composite. Or, should I just get an HD card for my computer and not worry about a receiver?

Again, thanks for any info.
