Need Recommendation on compact HT speakers

Hello. I would like to know if any of you have bought a set of compact speakers for home theater. How have they sounded? Any recommendations? I am thinking about getting this set....

my budget for speakers is between $500- 1000. I would prefer getting good value for my money. I am looking for the speaker set right now. I need a AV receiver too, and I think I am going to get the Onkyo 602 model that is coming out.

Hands-down I would get a set of NHT SuperZeros and a SuperCenter, plus a decent sub. That should fit within your budget nicely. Check out Onecall for deals on the NHT's.

I believe the HSU Research HT speakers have been reviewed favorably and are quite small.
