Mitsubishi ws-55513?

Hey there,

I was hoping I can get a short review of the Mitsubishi ws-55513.
I was at the good guys today and they have it at clearance price
$1682.00. If anyone out there owns one please let me know what
you think.

Should be awesome pic when set up properly, as with their other models. Try hometheaterspot for (hopefully) some opinions on this model and (definitely) lots of info on tweaking Mitsu rp's.

I have a Mis. 55515, which is basically the same model with built-in HD and a couple of small extras. I love it, I think you'll be quite happy with the 55513, assuming you get a HD box for it - analog video looks lousy on it, but digital, HD and DVD all look fantastic.

I have the 55413 model without the HD tuner and the picture quality is awesome. I have Voom HDTV service and everyone is amazed at how incredible the picture looks. It's a steal for $1600.

I know you looked at the 55513 but if you decide to get the new 55515 be aware that they display all signals at 1080i. Some of these new models no longer display 480p natively. The 55315 and smaller are the only ones that do.
