Looking for good revenge movies

I'm trying to find good revenge movies, where the good guy gets payback on the bad guy. The one movie I can think of is The Crow.

Most movies about revenge involve the good guy being idealistic and doing the right thing (turning the person over to the cops, when they should of laid the smackdown on their sorry a#$es).

Straw Dogs (it’s been a while since I’ve seen it, I’m pretty sure that it doesn’t have an idealistic ending)

Payback is a good one, though it's more "bad guy getting revenge on the bad guys."

I'd second "The Count of Monte Cristo"---that's some devious, calculated revenge.

And Kurt Russell delivers some major payback in "Breakdown".

It's pretty nasty but I spit on your grave is one of the ultimate revenge flicks.

Edit: sorry, didn't catch Sunday Morning's reply

That's the first movie that I thought of, too. My friends say that, from a revenge standpoint, the book is even better since there's way more characters that screw Edmond over. I've had the book for about a year now, but haven't really found time to read it (it's over 1500 pages).

As for other revenge movies:
Desperado
Once Upon a Time in Mexico

Here is a listing of movies with the key word "revenge" at The All Movie Guide.

Darkman directed by Sam Raimi is a pretty good revenge flick. Here hoping it get a special edition since Raimi's Spidey 2 is still making dough at the boxoffice.

THRILLER-A CRUEL PICTURE (aka They Call Her One Eye)

One of KILL BILL's many influences, and coming soon to DVD.

Gleaming The Cube!

Nothing says revenge like finding the guys who killed your adopted Vietnamese brother and attacking them with skateboard tricks.
