More TV shows on DVD - some faves!

Saw these announced on www.davisdvd.com from Universal (NBC shows):

Amazing Stories - Season One (AWESOME!)
Bionic Woman - Season One (Where the hell is the Six Million Dollar Man?!)
Alfred Hitchcock Presents
Miami Vice - Season One (I don't care about this but tons of people do)

Old news:
Also on tap for those that don't know yet are Season sets of the original Twilight Zone ($120 per season, ouch) and the 1985-1987 version as well ($70 per season, season 2 & 3 combined into a second set).

Yeah, I just saw this too, and I am excited for Amazing Stories too!

How many seasons were there? My guess is 2 or 3, hopefully I'm wrong and there are more...

I can't wait for Las Vegas S1, which Universal has announced, but without a street date.

Hopefully this year!

Is Alfred Hitchcock Presents the 1980's version or the black and white version?

I am hoping for the 1980's version. There was one episode with a prisioner trying to escape from prison that still haunts me to this day......

Is the episode you are talkng about the one where the inmates hides in a coffin, gets buried alive, with the idea that someone is supposed to dig her out?

That one freaked me out too. It was a remake of an original story from Hitchcock Presents from the 60's.

I don't know if Universal owns this but when will they release:

Tales from the Darkside: Season 1 ??

I've been waiting forever for this set to come and still no word.

Anyways.. I can't wait for The Amazing Stories set. Also the much anticipated Bionic Woman: Season 1 set. It's about time!

Can't wait for Season 2 of this set where they feature my favorite episodes as:

Kill Oscar (The Fembots and the Weather machine.. love the music behind it)

and

Doomsday is Tomorrow (A.I. against Human Bionics.. let's see who outsmarts whom)

I have been considering buying the Twilight Zone. Would it be cheaper to wait for the season sets, or buy the 3 or 4 "collection" box sets they have now?

Where is "Tales From The Crypt?" That's the only show I'll ever care about.

Yeah, I would buy these in a heartbeat. HBO recently announced Dream On so maybe Crypt isn't far off.
