I have the following I may or may not get rid of; but let me know what you're interested in.
Sega Genesis 3 & Power Base Converter (to play Master System games, I don't think it works on the Genny 3 though), 2 official 6 button controllers, and a crapload of games (no list, I'm at work now).
Turbo Grafx 16 with TURBO BOOSTER PLUS IN BOX. Turbo Tap, 2 controllers, and some common games.
Core Grafx II with 40 Japanese games.
Sega Saturn with Blue LED mod and "tape mod" to enable swap trick to play backups. A handful of great Japanese shooters and a TON of backups.
I checked your list for NES and SNES but didn't see much of interest. I'm really just looking to build great NES/SNES collections at this point.
