Anyone play Psi-Ops yet?

I was thinking about picking up Psi- Ops but wanted to see if anyone has had a chance to play it yet to see if it is worth purchasing.

I picked it up but haven't played it much yet so far.
The opening cut scene is really nice.
The telekensis/mind control stuff is a pretty cool idea.
So far it seems like a pretty good game (I'm only in the first level)

I played the demo yesterday. Very cool with picking up stuff and throwing flames from your mind and all...

But the control annoyed me.

WHY, in a game where the camera doesnt turn with you, did they not include a way to snap behind you?

I believe there is an option to put the camera on auto, so that it's always facing the back of your character.

Good game by the way.

I'll probably pick this up when it comes down in price a little. I had a blast playing in the training room. Throwing that wrecking ball as hard as I could and right before it hit me stopping it with my telekenisis. It's a wonder nobody thought of this before.

I bought this yesterday and so far it's just as good as I hoped it would be.....except for the the 4th boss.

I had looked at the GameFAQs and IGN message boards and it seems there is a glitch that can happen with that boss. It's a real pain and that is the point where I got stuff. I'm gonna take a break from it and try again later. I think you can beat the boss even if the problem occurs but it makes a hard fight much worse.

I went back a few checkpoints and replayed up to where the glitch happened. Whatever happened last time didn't happen this time and I was able to beat the boss.

It's an awesome game and now that I'm not stuck I like it even more.

It's a pretty cool game. Reminds me a lot of running through Jedi Knight II with all force powers on, where every conflict is solved by flinging someone off a bridge

The physics are pretty cool, and I like how it "auto" targets throwing people into boxes, walls, rolling carts, etc.

This game is without a doubt one of the greatest, and one of the most fun, games that I have ever had the pleasure of playing. I am not too far into it, but so far it's been just perfect to me.

In my opinion, this is going to be a great game like Mark of Kri and the such, in that it is indeed a fantastic experiance, but it will be overlooked for the more major titles, even though this is a better game than most.

I've spent hours just fooling around in this game so far, it's great just seeing what all you can do with the various powers...and I only have three of them so far.

Just in case anyone missed it in the DVD Bargains page, this game is $19.99 (XBOX, PS2) at Fry's this weekend. I had BB Price match it and they nearly threw a fit (calling in managers, copying the ad, calling the store, referring to Fry's as "the enemy" ) but eventually they did it. Looking forward to it. Glad to hear some folks really liked it. Sounds like fun.

It's pretty fun. A bit short, but fun while it lasts.

Damn, I wish I had a Fry's nearby.

Funny...they acted the same way towards me when I got Splinter Cell Pandora Tomorrow for $30 for pricematching it with CompUSA when it came out.

I have Transformers unopened, would you all recommend exchanging it for this game (Psi-Ops).

I'm leaning towards exchanging b/c Transformers seems like a pretty mindless shoot-em-up.

Looks like at least Gamestop and Electronics Boutique have both dropped the price for this to $29.99. I picked up a used copy tonight at Gamestop for $24.99, minus 10% for having whatever their equivalent to a frequent gamer card is. Also got a used copy of The Suffering for the same price...

Both the Xbox and PS2 versions are included as well.
