R&B/Hip-Hop song (on heavy play on radio currently )with a male rap singer and in the background of the majority of the song is a female singer whose voice sounds like it has been tweaked up to chipmunk range. The last part of the song is a solo of the chipmunk female repeating four lines over and over. The phrase "The one" is used a lot. thx

Yep it sure is, it's called "Through The Wire." I misinterpreted the word "wire" for "one." I honestly have to say I didn't think a new member was gonna be the one who got this :D Thx !
