Worth a rent w/ yuo girldfriend/wife whatever.
I can't imagine any guy wanting to watch this by themselves. Very cheezy romantic comedy. You know what you are getting into. A couple funny moments all provided by Hoffman. Stiller is extgremely annoying in the movie.

Besides Office Space in which she had a minor support role, J. Annisten (sp?) hasn't received glowing reviews in anything else. I haven't actually seen it, but the previews do not encourage me to rent it at all.

Philip Seymore Hoffman makes the movie a rental, his character is hilarious throughout the movie. Ben Stiller's performance is a mix of his previous work like Meet the Parents, and even a little Zoolander. As far as Jennifer Aniston movies, she was great in Good Girl.

As for Along Came Polly, I'd skip it if I were you (I wish I had skipped it).

Just saw this. I didn't think I would like it at all... it just gave me bad vibes. I thought it was going to be a stupid comedy, but I absolutely loved it. So far I've seen Stiller on Meet the Parents, Zoolander, and then this. I've loved all three. Rental for me (but it doesn't reflect on the movie, I'm just not buying anymore). A definite rental for sure.

Worth a rent, I actually just got it as a fulfillment through Columbia House. It was enjoyable, and some parts were really quite funny. It's almost like a Best of NBC stars movie with Aniston (Freinds), Debra Messing (Will and Grace), and Hank Azaria (Mad About You).

I wouldn't buy it, but if you're a fan of Stiller's comedy, its worth a rental. I love Friends, but Anniston doesn't put in a great performance here. Azria, Hoffman, and Baldwin all turn in decent supporting roles that are fairly amusing. I agree that, as far as laughs go, Starsky & Hutch was better.
