Why aren't there any good Star Wars games for the PS2?

Star Wars: Starfighter and Jedi Starfighter on PS2 were lame. I did have fun playing Clone Wars. The Star Wars: Rogue Squadron series is great. Rogue Leader was a launch title and the only game I bought with the system. The multiplayer aspect of Rebel Strike is very fun. Co-op the full version of Rogue Leader, dogfights and speeder bike chases.
I have Star Wars: Bounty Hunter, Jedi Outcast, The Clone Wars along with the two Rogue Squadron games on Gamecube. F you Lucasarts for ditching out on me.

KOTOR is definitely reason enough to get an Xbox...
Lucasarts must have some exclusivity contract with nintendo, since all the rogue games have been on nintendo systems. In fact, I don't think the starfighter series was even on GCN.
If you're that big of a starwars fan, then I'd say the GCN is a good investment. Three great Starwars games, and a ton of other great titles. Plus the wavebird.

Guess Nintendo is the way to go for Star Wars games. I really enjoyed the X-Wing and Tie Fighter games for the PC as well. I'm surprised the PC and PS2 market hasn't capitalized on these yet.

There's not many good star wars games period.
The Rogue Squadron games are great, but until recently Factor 5 was Nintendo exclusive this gen.
KOTOR is great, but Bioware made an exclusive deal with MS (PC is different market).

If you want good SW games, grab an XBOX. SW: Knights of the Old Republic, Jedi Academy, Clone Wars, and the upcoming KOTOR 2 and Republic Commando.

This sounds like exactly what I miss from the Nintendo games.

Which Star Wars game for Xbox was so crappy that they stopped PC development and made it an exclusive Xbox title? I'm serious; I can't remember the name of it though.

Now we don't know if it'll be a good game, but it sounds like it has potential if you have online capabilities.

I'll give it a rent since it's a port. I like exclusives for all three of my systems.
