http://cinescape.com/0/editorial.asp...8&obj_id=41607
Just saw this over at cinescape. I wonder if that means the original ending that was talked about here was true?

Yay, So this means I could walk in 10 minutes till it's over and not have to deal with two hours of teasing and pointless filler to get to the real meat of M.'s films.. the twist ending.

This is kind of funny...M. Knight first said the leaked "ending" (posted in spoiler above) wasn't the actual ending. Now reports are he's going back and re-filming the ending...although those filming say they are NOT re-doing the ending (just picking up a few other scenes).

But, to Jackskeleton . . . unless it is Signs. The twist in Signs was . . . that there was no twist. My alternate ending is a million times better:

The real meat? The Sixth Sense could have ended right after the scene with Toni Collette and Osment in the car near the end. It still would've been a critically-acclaimed hit. Unbreakable could've ended right at the kitchen with Willis, his son and the newspaper. It would still be a terrific and entertaining take on the superhero mythos. As for Signs.....guess what....there WAS NO "twist ending".

Oh great, this is going to turn into a M.. Knight circle jerk. The sudden twist so to say in signs was the
, As for the sixth sense, it could have ended in about 30 minutes and still made it's point and made a great story. The fact that the guy relies so much on the tease and over blown suspense of the twist for his films makes me want to say "GET ON WITH IT"

I just got done reading a few articles from a couple different websites.
The good news: All talk about this film and it's ending have only come from scripts that were purchased and one of them reviewed it while it was still titled "The Woods". Seems there are
The bad news: All reviewers mentioned that even if it was a mock script, it wouldn't have been done as poorly as it was.
Now the really, really bad news - I already know one huge twist after watching the trailor again and after reading a subtle insert in of the reviews (hard to catch) unfortunately, I'm pretty sure it's more than dead on. If you don't believe me, find the similar article yourself and then watch the trailor again.

You know, everyone is guessing what this "twist" is, but quite frankly, if we're going to sit around trying to figure out the twist, it won't work. If you sit through the whole movie obsessing over the twist, you won't enjoy the movies. I think M Night's films have all been really quite good, and not because of just the endings.
Not to mention, I'm sure I read this rumor was debunked...yes, there were reshoots, but not on the ending. And who knows if that rumor floating around is true or not.

If it's like other M. Knight stuff, they will most likely be left to the imagination.
