if i liked Generals: C&C what else would you recommend i check out?
if i like pc strategy games like Generals and Age of Empires what else would you suggest i check out? what about games that aren't out yet but that should be solid? thanks for any suggestions!

Starcraft and its expansion are definitely worth a look - and cheap too!
Warcraft III is also a very fun game to play and like Starcraft has an excellent story (so far - have not finished it yet).
Age of Mythology is a variation on Age of Empires (AoE) which is well worth a visit.

"Age of Mythology" and its expansion "The Titans" are awesome!
Also great is "Rise of Nations" especially with the new expansion for that, "Thrones and Patriots". There's nothing quite like launching a nuclear offensive against the other guy.
