I'll start off with classic cheese that I just can't help turn off when they are on...and I mean never turn off!, 2 in fact...
1. "The Last Dragon" (obviously)
2. "Side Out" (awesome cheese with C. Thomas Howell as a volleyball god..coming to a DVD store near you)

I truly despise musicals, but at least once a year I gotta watch this:
I was 12 years old when I first saw it in theatres, and it kinda stuck with me. My shamefull guilty pleasure.
GREASED LIGHTNING!!!!

The only movie I can think of is Batman Forever. I was a big fan of it as a kid, which is one of the only reasons I still like it now. I hate Joel Schumacher with a passion, but this is the only film of his I'll watch again. Plus, I personally thought Jim Carrey was the Riddler as ingenious. Still, I realize it's a cheesy, mediocre film.

I'm a sucker for most any comedy involving Harold Ramis - Ghostbusters, Stripes, Groundhog Day, and so forth. This probably isn't an earth-shattering revelation, but it's the best I can do.

DVD Talk Hero
Showgirls - This always tops my list
Attack of the Killer Tomatoes - How much cheesier can you get?
Elvira-Mistress of the Dark - Double entendre, double D's, double the cheese
Clue - The Cast, with the DVD, in the player = big laughs
Evil Dead - Cheesy horror at it's best! Bruce Campbell rules!
Strange Brew - Beauty of a cheesy movie, eh?
The Toxic Avenger - Troma should have a cheese named after the company.

No, no, NO! That would be either the Chuck Norris masterpiece Invasion USA or Rocky IV.
My guilty pleasure are the Canon Films line: The formentioned Invasion USA, Cobra - the best Stalone flick ever, Breakin' and Breakin' 2: Electric Boogaloo, the two Alan Quartermain movies and so on. Golan/Globus were kind of like the bulk of Rodger Corman's career or AIP films from the 50's. They made dumb fun movies - in fact they defined the Big Dumb Loud action movie of the 80's.
Take Breakin', for example. At it's core, it's nothing more than an Andy Rooney "Lets put on a show and save the orphanage!" movie from the 50's. A simple plot, to be sure - but still fun. Add in some nostalga for the 80's, some slick dancing scenes and you know - it's not all that bad.
I would take any of the Canon films of yesteryear, bad as they are, over the mass-market researched sanitized blockbusters of today any day of the week.

DVD Talk Legend
SHOWGIRLS has to be #1 in this category .... enough sex and sleaze to qualify as melted cheese.
My favorite unknown title in this category has to be Voyage of the Rock Aliens starring Pia Zadora and Craig Scheffer, unfortunately not yet on DVD.
And don't overlook Earthgirls Are Easy with Geena Davis, Jeff Goldblum and Jim Carrey - the ultimate space-nerd comedy.

Wow, some of you are calling some movies "cheesy" that I never would have considered cheesy. I guess cheese has a variety of interpretations!
Ok, I will break down and confess mine....New York Minute. Yup, I saw it in the theater and actually laghed quite a bit. I've never been a fan of the Olsen Twins, but this movie had other actors in it I was interested in so I took a shot. Yeah, it's cheesy. It's an Olsen Twins movie! What were people expecting? Driving Miss Daisy type comedy???

I love cheese on my horror:
Contamination
Rats: Nights of Terror
Hell of the Living Dead
not afraid to admit loving them, though.

These are incredibly cheesy, but what can I say?
I love a bunch of the Full Moon horror flicks. Sideshow, Blood Dolls, Castlefreak. It's embarrassing to admit, but I actually thoroughly enjoy them. There is some other stuff I could include, but that admission is enough for one lifetime.

Now that someone else mentioned it...
I don't know if "liked" is the right word, but I actually watched the Chuck Norris "classic" Invasion U.S.A., which had its moments of hilarity, but was cheesy to the extreme. However, Chuck Norris delivering the line, "It's time to die..." was worth the whole experience.
