A LOT of excellent films, great body of work... But Sunset Blvd is such an amazing film... That one has been hanging around my personal top 10 of all time list, definitely in the top 20.

Double Indemnity
After seeing Fred MacMurray in all those Disney movies and in My Three Sons, I was very surprised to learn of all the dark characters he played in the earlier part of his career. I really enjoyed this fine movie. One of my favorites.

Double Indemnity.
And I wish these polls read "Favorite" instead of "Best". It is probably a minor quibble, but I would rather vote for my favorite film (the one I enjoy the most) than the best film (the one I admire the most).

I'd go for Double Indemnity, which was the first Wilder film I ever saw, and one that still has the biggest impact on me compared to his other works. It was this film that also made me a fan of film noir.
Barbara Stanwyck was quite a hottie in the film, particularly when she's spouting off all those double-entendres to MacMurray.

An easy vote for Sunset Boulevard. I've seen it three or four times and each time it never ceases to entertain and captivate.
I like Some Like it Hot and The Apartment, but if I had to pick one of the three to watch - it'd be Sunset Blvd. everytime.
