Jim Carroll Band
I am currently listening to Jim Carroll Band's "Catholic Boy" CD and was wondering what else of Jim's is available on CD and is any of it as good as this album?

Also, using "People Who Died" during the credits of "Dawn of the Dead" was a truly great idea.

His first album was his best. He recorded at least one more album, which was very good, but not the instant classic that was Catholic Boy.

I saw them live in maybe...1980? Forgot all about that until I saw this thread.
They also may have appeared with The Stranglers at that concert but I'm not positive about that.

Seeing as he wrote the book and it's a biography, I'm not particularly surprised.

Without checking, I know that Carroll released at least 3 albums plus a best-of compilation (I've owned all of them on CD or LP at one time or another). I believe he has also released a more recent CD. Check amazon, half.com, etc. for comprehensive list (in addition to the aforementioned Caroll website). I often check amazon and other sites just to read the reviews of the material, although I suspect there won't be that much on Jim Carroll (particularly the followups to Catholic Boy). Hope this helps a little.
