How sturdy is this DVD rack?

I'm looking at buying this DVD storage rack. But, how sturdy is this? I don't want something that is not sturdy.

If you have any other sites that offer contemporary racks, let me know.

Thanks,

James

I don't know about that rack, but the larger ones are extremely well built and sturdy. I use one of the large one for my entertainment rack, each shelf holds 300lbs.

I have about ~50 DVD's and 15 or so Xbox / Game cube games. So the stand would be weighted down enough I would think. You recommend this rack?

I have no experience with that rack in particular, but that style of rack is generally very sturdy and can take a good amount of weight. For all I know that particular rack is made with thin sheetmetal tin that's been curved and molded to look like the regular racks.

This is what I have, although mine is over twice the size and was produced as a pantry shelves for a bakery/restaurant:

If your rack is as well built as that rack, then I would reccomend it.
