Question about 1a-dvdshop.ch
Hi.
I tried ordering The Last Unicorn German version from them a week or so ago and I never received an order confirmation from them. Today I got an automated e-mail from them saying that they cancelled my order because I didn't respond to an e-mail from them. But I never got one. :P
I don't speak or read German, but I'd been using Babelfish to translate. Any idea what they want from me?

when you first establish your account with them they will ask that you send an ID proof....you could just scan your ID and email it to them as an attachment.
This is a standard practice with some of the Euro etailers...with these guys in particular I would guess that this was precisely what they asked for.

Ah... actually, I just found it on one of the pages of the site. They need a picture of the front and back of my credit card. So I'll just scan that. Now I feel better.
