The FYE at Rockefller Center has been running a promotion where, if you buy 4 or more games, you get $5 off EACH game. There appears to be no minimum price required per game (I've gotten a whole bunch of $10 games for $5, but I haven't tried to get any $5 games for free). I have now done the deal 3 separate times--it is not YMMV. Here are some of the deals I've gotten (all games are new and all prices are after discount):
Metal Arms (GC) $15 (same price for all consoles, lots left)

Futurama (PS2) $15 (they only have Xbox copies left)
Final Fantasy Tactics (PS1) $10 (some more left)

Breath of Fire IV (PS1) $5 (they had it in the back--ask for it)
Threads of Fate (PS1) $15 (how did they still have this??)
Omega Boost (PS1) $5 (one left)

Freedom Fighters (GC) $15 (ditto)
I-Ninja (GC) $15 (thritto)
