I have a question concerning X-Box music ripping and PSX soundtracks

Ok, I have some PSX games that I love the music to and I wanted to know if it's possible to either rip the music to my PC from the PSX disc or straight to my X-Box? Thanks in advance and all help is appreciated.

Not sure, but I'm gonna assume that is illegal in some way or form.

Yes.. it is possible.. no it's not illegal.

Back in the day there were tools to convert various Playstation music formats to .wav. Now they have total assembly level rips of the music files. I haven't looked too much into it but here's a good place to start:
