View Full Version : Alarm Clock noise?
Some kind of alarm keeps going off in my computer. It's sounds like a siren or alarm clock. Does anyone know what's causing this?
Maybe heat? Some motherboards have an alarm built into the board that go off when they get too hot.
You should be able to set the trigger temperature in your BIOS but you might want to check to make sure it's not warning you about something you should attend to.

definitely sounds like a bios alarm, or a monitoring program in windows that uses the pc speaker.
could be heat, or voltage, or any number of things
Thanks, I'll look into that.
