Any "Bernie Mac Show" Fans Here?

There's never a thread here so I wanted to ask. Did anyone see the two new episodes last night? The first was okay, but the second was funny. Had Carl Reiner on and a small cameo with Ashton Kutcher because the episode dealt with pranks.

Also, does anyone know why FOX showed two new back to back eps? Are they burning off episoes? CBS did this a month or two ago with King of Queens, too.

Love the show. Probably the best "family" comedy on the air right now. TV schedules get so jumbled around nowadays that airing two new back-to-back comedies isn't too uncommon. They're often preparing to air some non-standard programming in the near future or making up for a previous one. In this case, adding The Swan into the schedule is probably the cause.

Yeah, they were pretty good. Carl Reiner is a god.

I appreciate the show...it's well-written and clever...but I can never get into it. Don't know why.

I always seem to miss the timings of this show. Via word-of-mouth, it's supposed to be hilarious. With the first season coming out on DVD, maybe I'll finally be able to see what everyone's talking about.

That's understandable ... I myself find it hard to focus when Kellita Smith is on the screen.

A-Men!

I really wish FOX would stop dicking this show around. After this seaon's LATE start, I was settled into the Sunday lineup of the Simpsons, Bernie & Malcolm. Dammit.

I enjoy the Bernie Mac Show. I just wish it was back on Sundays. It's hard for me to watch anything else on Mondays when WWE is on.

I've started watching it recently and have found it pretty funny, and was just wondering yesterday where a thread about this show was...

If this show doesn't come back it'll only be beacuse Fox killed it by kicking it around.

I hate that it's on Mondays. I always miss it now.
