Advisory: No American Idol on 04/13
Tuesday's show is being moved to Wednesday due to Bush's speech. Wednesday's results show will be moved to Thursday.
I can hear all American Idol fans cursing at Bush now..... say goodbye to any hopes of getting the 18-24 demographic.

Yeah, it might. I read on another board that 24 won't air until next Sunday (haven't seen it anywhere else though). The ****?! Bush's speechwriter better start editing quickly.

They debated long and hard before making this decision. Apparently some execs wanted to air Idol as scheduled and direct viewers to FoxNews for Bush coverage.
It will not be live this week. They will tape the show tomorrow night and show it Wed night. Don't know whether the results show will be live or not on Thurs but I suspect they would be reluctant to show that taped as word would leak out on the bottom 3 and ratings would suffer.
