I thought last's week episode was much better than this one, which I found pretty predictable. Glad to see Dave Foley again though. I recognized his voice right away, and was surprised to see him completely bald!
As for last weeks episode, I thought that it was one of the best episodes of a drama series I have seen in quite a while. The twist of whoever reading the envelope renouncing themselves for the case was a intriguing little touch, and had me guessing right up until the end.

I just watched my tape of the 4/2 episode and thought it was excellent. Haven't watched the 4/9 episode yet, but it's disheartening knowing this 4-episode stint did not do well and it looks like this will be all. The show had a lot of potential. I still don't understand what the network was thinking, throwing it on the Friday schedule at this odd time of year.
I think Steven Weber is an underrated dramatic actor -- he was very good in "Once and Again" as well.
